It is firmly believed that the quality of teachers in educational institution determines the eventual quality of education. The role of Colleges of Education in preparing high quality of teachers are, therefore imperative. The teachers should have the ability to ensure cognitive,& effective development of the students and creates in them values of nationalistic & secular tradition & scientific temper. It is gratifying to note that Kumaresh International B.Ed. College has undertaken to develop multifaceted skills among the trainee teachers and teacher educators. The college has taken notable steps in direction of empowering stakeholders in the use of ICT’s and sharpening the communication skills. With inclusive education in mind, the preparation of teachers for treating children with special needs has become a well regulated programme in the college. I have not slightest doubt that the college will continue to play its leading role in the above areas. My best wishes to the Principal, Faculties, Staffs& Students for doing commendable task.
